45 days of the Tokyo 2020

45 days to take on your own challenge

45 days to raise money for TeamESTH

Competing in the Games is the challenge of a lifetime for Team GB and ParalympicsGB and we’re getting ready to cheer them on this summer!

Why not take on your own challenge this summer by getting out of your comfort zone and raising vital funds for TeamESTH? You can choose to support staff and patients in a particular ward or department, or choose for your fundraising to be spent where it is needed most.

You can do anything you like as long as it’s one of the Olympic or Paralympic Sports and you have 45 days to do it! That’s how long it is from the start of the Olympics on 23 July until the last day of the Paralympics on 5 September*.

Do it solo or get a team together! So even if your front crawl is at a crawling pace, your long jump is more of a short jump or cycling round the block is your velodrome equivalent, if it’s going to be a challenge and a PB (personal best) for you, or even a TB (team best) then….Get Set Go!

And don’t forget to let us know what you’re up to at @esthcharity or email us at team@esthcharity.org.uk

*Many thanks if you are considering take on this challenge to support Epsom and St Helier hospitals and their community services.
